Every booking requires a non refundable deposit to secure booking. Your appointment is not booked without this.

The deposit will be taken off the cost of your treatment.

All bookings cancelled within 48 hours of appointment can be rearranged once to keep your booking fee.

All bookings cancelled within 24 hours will require the full cost of the treatment.

When two appointments are cancelled full payment will be required upon booking to secure your appointment.
